pointers for h23vtec hybrid motor:

honda decided to change the crank pulley bolt sometime between the years. The h22 bolt is a 16mm. Some f22 and h23 cranks are 16mm and some others are 14mm. It just so happens that my f22 crank has a 14mm bolt which means I have to run to the pick-N-pull and pick one up.

Use the h22 water pump, water pipe, oil pump, crank timing gear, timing belt

For main and rod bearing clearances, use the h22 specs and place the largest clearanced bearing in the middle journal.

Remember that if you want to run the h22 crank that the mains on the h23 block are 50mm so you have to be sure that the h22 crank you use is from a 92-97 h22 block.
