Kaizenspeed Balancer Shaft Delete

Well, for those of you who have decided to delete your balancer shafts, i ask you this.... How do you plan on bolting on the tensioner assembly safely? This kit does not come with the spacer that will replace the balancer shaft tensioner. so how do they expect us to use their kit properly?

Here is the answer, you can do one of a few things:

you can use the old balancer shaft housing to allow you to bolt up the balancer shaft tensioner to allow you to properly adjust the timing tension:

or you can go to your local machine shop (pretty much any shop with a lathe and make the spacer, these are the dimensions - Thanks to Shawn Roskilly of RoskoRacing

The last thing you can do in order to remedy this problem is to find a shorter stud.

I will be contacting kaizenspeed about this problem and I will report back with whatever help i get.
